Background

Former partner at Grant Thornton LLP, Cleveland Office, retiring from the firm in July 2018. During his time at Grant Thornton, Rick worked primarily in the Consumer Industrial Product and Energy sectors, managing both large SEC registrants and international private companies. Much of his work included assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, financing, due diligence, and internal controls.
