Dr. Raoofpanah currently teaches Market Analysis, Business Analysis with Excel, and Multinational Marketing.  He has taught, among other courses, Quantitative Marketing and Analytics courses such as Marketing Analytics and Marketing Research at Kent State University.

Research

Dr. Raoofpanah’s research is in the domain of digital marketing, focusing on the phenomenon of online reviews and how this electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) shapes consumer behavior and company outcomes.
