The world awaits.
What does it mean to seek the world in the context of a Boler business education?
You take the time to focus, and grow yourself as a leader. You pursue understanding and empathy, opening your world to unique, challenging, and perspective-transforming experiences. You work to solve the problems you find — inspired to make a difference — on a local and global scale.
It is no question the marketplace is growing more intertwined, interdependent, and international than ever before. Business students at Boler prepare through intercultural, educational experiences starting on John Carroll’s campus in Cleveland, OH and reaching far across the world — both as undergraduate and graduate students.
Graduate with an understanding of your role as a global citizen — working to promote justice, build empathy, and combat bias.

International experiences broaden your perspective, and we encourage all Boler students to pursue international study opportunities. All undergraduate students can study abroad for a semester or shorter period of time, such as a course trip. There are no borders to where you want to learn.
Traveling abroad and diving into global engagement as a graduate student may not always be your first idea of a graduate experience. At Boler, graduate global opportunities are not only possible — they’re encouraged. Boler offers unique course trips itself, and the Jesuit MBA Network partners and international partner programs offer a variety of course trips as well. Most options are 10-day or two-week trips that you can take on vacation time. Past graduate students have traveled to Thailand, Australia, China, Italy, and more.
