Background
Michele Weiss is currently the Controller of the largest Jewish day school in the state of Ohio, Hebrew Academy of Cleveland. Furthermore, she is a city councilwoman for the City of University Heights. In addition, Michele teaches in the Boler School of Business MBA program at John Carroll University as an adjunct professor. Finally, she is a founding member of a non-profit organization, AMATZ Initiative, which supplements professional development to engage principals of schools. She was recently appointed as a commissioner for the Ohio Commission on Service and Volunteerism and was a presidential nominee for the Community Relations Committee of the Jewish Federation of Cleveland. She is a current board member of YACHAD which is an organization that services developmentally challenged youths and adults.
