Founded in 1886, John Carroll University sits just east of downtown Cleveland, and offers undergraduate and graduate education to about 3,500 students.

One of 27 Jesuit universities in the United States, John Carroll has been listed in U.S. News & World Report magazine’s top 10 rankings of Midwest regional universities for 31 consecutive years. The University earned the #2 spot in the 2020 U.S. News & World Report Best Colleges Rankings, among Best Regional Universities in the Midwest. The Boler College of Business ranked #1 in the nation in the Bloomberg Businessweek employer "Job Readiness” survey.

The John Carroll/Boler College network includes 44,000 alumni in all 50 states and 48 countries. More than 500 businesses in northeast Ohio are owned or led by JCU alumni.
