We Are Meant for Community

Young people who decide to attend a Jesuit institution recognize that the search for wisdom, meaning and beauty is a sacred endeavor, whether one joins that search as a Muslim, Protestant, Hindu, Catholic or as someone with no faith identity.

That bond holds for the alumni of the Boler College of Business as well. We are a network of more than 11,000 people strong, working throughout Northeast Ohio and around the world to fulfill the Jesuit challenge of Magis — the greater good.

• We act as women and men in service to others, and pursue a leadership model guided by a strong inner ethical and spiritual compass.
• We connect as students around a search for truth and value that extends beyond quarterly earnings or the nightly business news.
• We recognize the potential for business leadership to have a greater impact and to offer a noble calling.

Businesses of every size and type have begun to embrace the challenge of creating shared and sustainable value, capable of balancing people, profit and the needs of the planet. The Boler Alumni network, including its more than 750 Corporate Presidents/CEO’s, will lead that pursuit.
