Boler Partners

Graduates from John M. and Mary Jo Boler College of Business — including more than 700 company presidents and CEO’s — continue to play an oversized role in Northeast Ohio and in regions throughout the US for the business community and civic well-being.
Talent Attraction/Retention
In a global race for talent, attracting and retaining great Boler students (undergraduates and graduates) quickly translates into attracting and retaining the best possible accountants, finance and human resource managers, sales representatives, business analysts, marketing and supply chain specialists for Cleveland, Northeast Ohio and wherever our alumni call home.
The Boler Partners Program invites companies to invest in the future of their talent pool and the future prosperity of Cleveland and Northeast Ohio and regions beyond.
