Background
Dr. Cima has twice served as a visiting professor in the People’s Republic of China, and was a faculty intern with the Trading Capabilities Department at TRW Inc.
Courses
He teaches principles of economics, international economics, and comparative economics on a regular basis, and is currently doing research on normative economics.
Research
Dr. Cima’s primary professional interests are international economics, microeconomics, and the normative issues of individual rights and economic justice. He has published in Economic Inquiry, the Journal of Policy Analysis and Management, and the Journal of Business Ethics, as well as other outlets.
Additional Information
He and a moral theologian developed a team-taught interdisciplinary course dealing with Justice and the Economy, and these two colleagues published research exploring the different schools of thought on economics justice, and their implications for public policy
