Background
Mr. Busby began his professional career with Golden Books Family Entertainment in Racine, WI (1986) and worked in Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing. He became VP of Marketing / Licensing at Landoll Publishing in Ashland, OH (1996) adn eventually became General Manager of the business. Mr. Busby was an officer and held various senior level positions at American Greetings from 2000-2013. Since 2016, Rick has been the President of The Rogers Company in Mentor, adn also a partner at SJS Acquisition, LLC in Strongsville, OH since 2013.

Mr. Busby instructs classes for the Part-Time MBA and 5th Year MBA in Marketing, Strategic Management, Innovation Planning and Forecasting, and Resource Allocation Decisions.
Additional Information
Mr. Busby serves as a member on the JCU's Part-Time MBA Committee, and mentors both current and former students. He also sits on the Board of Directors for United Way of Lake County, and also the Business Advisory Council for Mentor Public Schools.
