The Boler Online MBA program is designed with the same rigor, curriculum and benefits of other Boler MBA programs and with the additional flexibility of being completely online to eliminate location restrictions. It can be completed in 1-3 years and requires a total of 33-45 credit hours, dependent upon the number of foundational business courses completed at the undergraduate level. The Emerging Leader MBA program serves recent college graduates, early career professionals and those with little business background. There is no requirement of professional work experience. The program is uniquely structured to allow students to finish the degree in 12 months (accelerated), dependent on the number of business foundational classes taken at the undergraduate level; however, students may take up to 3 years to complete the degree. The Professional MBA program serves those who have a business or technical background and two or more years of professional work experience. Live projects, team-taught core courses, a leadership sequence and exposure to leading Cleveland executives give you accelerated growth toward senior management responsibilities. Non-business undergraduate degrees may require completion of up to 12 credit hours of foundational business pre-requisites to be adequately prepared for the program. The Master of Science in Accountancy program serves students with a variety of backgrounds who desire a concentrated plan of study to prepare for a career in accountancy. In addition to preparing students for the CPA exam, the Master of Science in Accountancy program develops the leadership capabilities for a future in the accountancy field. This program requires 30-69 credit hours, depending on the number of accountancy and business courses completed as an undergraduate. The Master of Science in Innovation and Entrepreneurship program is an immersive and project-based professional degree program serving a wide range of aspiring business and social entrepreneurs and innovators. It helps develop the skills needed to identify opportunities and create prosperity and possibility with purpose. Starting from Boot Camp on day one, students identify an entrepreneurial project to complete through the curriculum. The program requires 30-39 credit hours, dependent on the number of foundational courses that may have been completed as an undergraduate.
