Recruiting for Full-Time Jobs
Focus your recruiting efforts and get targeted results by posting open job positions and collect student résumés online. Employer submissions are posted to Handshake. When you receive résumés from qualified students, you may contact them to arrange an interview at your place of business or in our campus recruiting office. We will work with you on each step of the process.
Recruiting for Internships
Internships are a great way for you to get to know potential employees. Students benefit by contributing in a real-world business environment, while employers benefit by seeing how productive Boler’s highly trained and motivated students can be in a professional setting. Many students have been offered permanent, professional positions after proving themselves in the internship program.

Professional Development Program
One key way that Boler College prepares its students to succeed in internships and after graduation is through an exclusive four-year Professional Development Program dedicated to providing students with step-by-step career-building experiences.
The mandatory Professional Development Program prepares every student with the skills, confidence, and knowledge necessary to succeed in the 21st century workplace. The Professional Development Program includes networking and mentoring opportunities, which foster maturity and growth among Boler students. The seven-semester Professional Development Program helps each student build and polish a portfolio of “soft skills” through:
- career events
- networking and mentoring opportunities with alumni and recruiters
A $850,000 Parker Hannifin Foundation grant supports the Boler Professional Development Program, a key partnership to ensure that the Cleveland business community can compete in the global race for talent.
