Background
Lisa Curll is a Senior Business Performance Analyst at Dominion Energy and alum of the Cleveland Bridge Builders Class of 2018. Lisa holds bachelor’s degrees in Applied Mathematics and Biology from Youngstown State University, and an MBA with a focus in International Business from John Carroll University. A passionate volunteer, Lisa was named Dominion Energy’s “Volunteer of the Year” in the environmental category in 2018. Lisa serves on Board of Trustees for the Cleveland Leadership Center, the Associate Board of the Ohio & Erie Canalway Coalition, and is a “YP Ambassador” for Business Volunteers Unlimited (BVU). Lisa also volunteers extensively with the American Hiking Society’s “Volunteer Vacations” program, and has completed several week-long trail improvement projects across the United States. Inside the workplace, Lisa operates in the Workplace Plan and Facilities group, creating and maintaining engaging and supportive workspaces. Lisa also serves as a council lead in Next Generation, an Ohio-based employee development & engagement group. Lisa enthusiastically pursues connections between people and resources, to deliver both excellence and continuous improvement.
