Jay is currently General Manager of Ecommerce Operations for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company's direct-to-consumer e-commerce program. In this role, Jay and his team are responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing process efficiency and inventory utilization, and managing a nationwide network of installers. In total, Jay has worked at Goodyear for over 18 years, holding leadership positions across several functions ranging from marketing and innovation to product development and category management. During this time, Jay has designed and launched new products, planned and executed marketing campaigns, and partnered with customers to identify opportunities for mutual growth.
