Background
Mr. Marculetiu has a well-rounded professional experience in entrepreneurship, finance, logistics, and management. Mirel worked in a financial institution as an investment banker, entrepreneur, and founder of a logistics company and held an executive role in a regional corporation. His inspiration and passion for teaching grew over the years while lecturing at many universities in northeast Ohio.
Courses
Mr. Marculetiu has taught diverse groups of undergraduate and graduate students various finance, statistics, and operations management courses. Mirel has experience in many teaching environments, as he is just as prepared for online and hybrid teaching as he is in the classroom setting. Mirel has received the outstanding teaching award for 2021-2022 at Cleveland State University and holds a certificate in online teaching. Mirel is a passionate teacher and curious learner, ready to empower students to become responsible business leaders.
Research
Mr. Marculetiu is working on his dissertation for the Doctor of Business Administration Degree from Cleveland State University. His dissertation research topics include Environmental and Social Governance, Hedge Funds, and Behavioral Finance.
